The Compendium Group - an urban renewal and regeneration joint venture between Lovell and The Riverside Group - has given its website a makeover.
The revamped site will include a new development sales micro-site for each development, where potential customers can browse house styles, view floor plans, check availability and access brochures as well as read up on development news.
Dave Bullock, Managing Director of The Compendium Group, said: “The original site played its purpose, which was to explain who we are and what we do. But now we have major projects up and running we needed something with more substance.”
The Compendium Group’s current projects include Weston Heights, a £55 million regeneration scheme breathing new life into a former mining estate in Weston Coyney, Stoke-on-Trent.
The Compendium Group has also been selected by Barnsley Metropolitan Council as its preferred developer partner to transform a 1960s estate and surrounding area at Thurnscoe in South Yorkshire.
